I'm now sitting at 8 weeks out from my first show and prep is starting to get HARDDD. I'm tired and hungry, my food is low and my expenditure is high (45 mins cardio daily, 17k steps a day) and I am feeling it ๐ But I'm so excited for the final product! I'm expecting the next few weeks in particular to be the most challenging but hopefully this means I'll be able to cruise into peak week on higher food when the time comes and it'll be worth it ๐คฉ for now, I look forward to the occasional high food/no cardio day ๐

Just a lil casual update on prep seeing as I've not posted a proper one in a few weeks ๐ Woke up to a lovely 1.4kg drop on the scales this morning, obliques have now joined the party ๐ Changes have recently been made and I'm now at 13.5k steps daily, daily 35 mins HIIT cardio, food has been decreased to around 1.9k calories on a training day and 1.7k calories on a rest day! I'm starting to feel pretty hungry now hut that means the cut is cutting ๐ Roughly 10 weeks out from my first show now!! Going to be designing my bikini this week which is v exciting but still undecided on what colour to go for ๐คฃ
