Getting back into the gym has been such a good feeling after my Europe trip. I realized just how much I missed moving my body 💪. This summer, I’m focused on gaining more muscle and rediscovering my love for exercise.

Today, I was invited to celebrate a dear family friend’s 80th birthday 🎉. It was such a lovely gathering with so many familiar faces and warm conversations. Seeing everyone come together to honor someone so special was truly heartwarming ❤️.
I brought a bouquet of her favorite flowers 💐, and the smile on her face when she saw them was priceless. We spent the day sharing stories, laughing, and just enjoying each other's company. I’m really focusing on being happy every day, and I love sweet moments like these 🥰.

Just got back from Europe and on the flight home, I watched “Priscilla” by Sofia Coppola. It was such a nice way to pass the time.
I loved the way the movie captured the era, and the music from that time was just amazing. It was a relaxing, enjoyable watch that made the flight go by quickly✨

I’m so relieved to have finished all my work and am ready to wrap up this trip! Today, I found the cutest little café that served amazing avocado toast. Funny moment: I thought the poached egg on top was mozzarella at first! The weather has been gorgeous, and I’m loving every bit of July. Feeling good and ready to head home soon.
