Im having one of those late nights where I explore Zillow be..

Im having one of those late nights where I explore Zillow because I genuinely need some space for all the stuff that I have. It would relieve so much off my shoulders if I didn’t have to pay for a 2 bedroom and a storage unit and only have use of one bedroom. I want some land and a barn so bad. 😅

Everything real estate in Florida feels unethically overpriced. It’s all stolen land… at least make it affordable. Asking $50,000- $100,000 an acre feels so offensive to me. (Sometimes, in the middle of nowhere! The one I just posted is in the middle of nowhere.) Like something should happen to you if you’re one of the people doing that. 😆 even $10,000 an acre sounds unethical.

It’s also strange when they post PERFECTLY flat usable land and then say “unbuildable.” What do you mean unbuildable? You’re saying it’s physically impossible that I can’t get a shed at Home Depot and put it on this land? or are you being weird and not wanting anyone to actually own this land and do stuff on it but you want them to hand over their life savings to atv or golf twice a year and let us think we own it ?

If there is affordable land or barns or Victorian homes where you are, can you tell me where you live? 🗺️ Maybe I live out winter where you are. 😆

I currently don’t even have a backyard and would love space for shenanigans and gardening.

I wanted to own a little land or a home near Orlando, florida but with all my projects and people I help it’s not possible rn.

Also $500-$1000 hoa is weird, too.

I’m so jealous of people who don’t come from immigrant families or got here a couple generations earlier and have a little land and leg up. What is your living situation if you feel like talking about it? Some people are so blessed and have it so good.

Like wow, dude I don’t even know the names of my grandparents. They definitely did not leave anything behind for us. 😆 Happy for you. 🥹
