3sets 5-7 reps if your shoulders are weak like mine .
If you’re trying to grow shoulders I recommend 3sets 8-12 Reps. Don’t forget your 2nd cardio!

Lunch-Chickpea,spinach,chicken,farro,tomato & feta cheese with a garlic aioli power bowl. Just sauté it all together .
