I brewed myself a cup of coffee and just sat in silence - no rush, no plans. Sometimes moments like this seem to be the most precious.🤗 During the day we are often running somewhere else, forgetting to just breathe and be "here and now". I'm realizing more and more how important it is to make time for myself. It's not selfishness - it's a concern for inner balance.
