Hanging leg raises are not for beginner level as they're very hard, but very effective especially for the lower ab muscles. The incline bench "russian twists" will help the entire core, from obliques to abs, very tough exercise as well. The seated twists will help tighten the obliques keeping a better V-Taper. But even after all of that, remember that these exercises will BUILD the muscle, a proper diet and cardio is what will help make the abs visible and "pop."
