The only day I struggled was the evening my car broke down again but I still managed to resist the urge! I honestly feel amazing. My mind is so clear. Thank you all for the encouragement and support! For those that are just catching up - Iām doing a month of sobriety to try and work on myself a little. I wanted to get out of the habit of reaching for a drink every time I felt stressed or anxious. Always trying to be a better version of myself so I can be a better Aki for you guys too š
