I had sharp shooting pains through my wrist and forearm and still couldn’t move it. I’ve been in hospital since 9am and have just been admitted overnight after having an X-ray, ultrasound and some antibiotics (the lady that stitched me didn’t give me any antibiotics when it happened) she has also apparently stitched it incorrectly for a dog bite as there are no gaps left open for infection to breathe. My bl0od pressure and blo0d sugar are really low so I’m currently on my second bag of fluids and I have been seen by a plastic surgeon who thinks I may have a damaged nerve as I can’t feel any sensation in 2 of my fingers. I’m being put in a cast and my arm hung to make the swelling go down so that they can confirm if the loss of sensation is due to swelling or nerve damage. Either way I am having surgery tomorrow morning to clean out the wound again and if it’s the nerve they will go in to try and fix it 💓 this means I can’t really reply to messages like I had planned today because it would take me forever to type with one hand 😂💓 thanks for the love and support xxx
