Good evening my lovely lot. I suffer from anxiety and I sometimes have little blips and relapses, but I like to think I'm getting better at dealing with it. I don't think anybody should be ashamed about speaking up on mental health issues. We are fighters. I've started running, that helps. I'd reccomend exercise to anyone who's feeling a bit under the weather. If you're a fellow anxiety sufferer, what coping mechanisms help you? 👊🤛
