When you are growing up you just want your body to fit in clothes and not get you picked on so I did not really understand them it was just weird to see these two platonic friends be lustful. One turned out to be full on gay so it was more like a "you go girl" vibe. That same year my parents got upset cause apparently some guy in the mall was commenting on my butt to his friends. This was the early 80's before the big butt craze so I guess that guy was a trailblazer.
