Picture this: a shark-divers 🦈 crew, braving choppy waters en route *(who repeatedly considered turning back due to the unexpected and impressively choppy waters, with two or three passengers hurling overboard, lol)* while myself oddly exhilarated, reminiscing to my rodeo enthusiast memories on mechanical bulls 🐃. As the boat jostled and pitched, I, being of the fair-skinned and nerdy 🤓 in complexion creature, slathered on my second application of sunscreen 🧴, more concerned about preserving my tattoos than my dignity. Little did I foresee the challenge of maintaining grace on a slippery *fiberglass/epoxy/polyester/plastic-esk* deck …a bit like trying to tango 💃🏼 on ice 🧊. Amidst giggles, I found myself airborne, majestically landing on an empty crate with all the elegance of a sack of potatoes 🥔. The impact was, shall we say, memorable 😣.. thankfully, my posterior 🍑 took the brunt of the blow, leaving my crack and tailbone unscathed …a stroke of luck when I think back, regardless of the prominent glorious purple and blue 🫣. So, there you have it, a humorous hiccup in the grand adventure of life at sea. Just another day in the life of an experiences hungry soul 😂😝.
